Little notes for the bottle days.

Feeding tips you can actually use, new products first, and the odd thank-you. A short email now and then. No spam.

Privacy policy

Privacy Policy

We use personal information to fulfil orders, manage subscriptions, answer questions, and run our website. This policy explains how we use information and the choices available to you.

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide to us: Contact information (name, email, mailing address, phone number), including a gift recipient’s contact information if you send a gift; correspondence with our support team or on social media; payment information (processed and tokenized by Shopify Payments; Ronini does not store your full card number); transaction information (orders, Subscription details, shipping and billing address); marketing preferences; and account/profile information (the email address you use to sign in to your account).

Quiz information: If you take our Find Your Bottle quiz, we ask your baby’s age, how you feed your baby and when you’ll use the bottle, then suggest a bottle, size and nipple flow. Your answers are used only in your browser to make that suggestion: we don’t save them to your account, our email platform or our customer database, and the quiz doesn’t ask for your email.

Baby details: If you subscribe, we use your baby’s date of birth or due date to plan eligible shipments, bottle upgrades and when the plan ends. If you add a due date or your baby’s birthday when you sign up for our emails (it’s optional), we use it to time those emails to your baby’s stage. We share these dates with our subscription and email service providers only for these purposes. You can review your subscription details in your account.

Publicly available and behavioral information: Comments, reviews, and other content you choose to post publicly, and information you provide through surveys or feedback.

Information from social media platforms: If you interact with our pages on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or other social platforms, that platform’s own privacy policy governs the interaction (see Section 5).

Information collected automatically: Device and browser information, IP address, general location (city/state), pages visited, and similar usage data, collected via cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Referrals: If you refer a friend through our Refer-a-Friend program, we collect your email to create your referral link and administer the reward. We do not use a referred contact’s information for marketing unless they separately opt in.

2. How We Use Personal Information

To operate the Services:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and Services;
  • Process orders and Subscription shipments, and provide customer support;
  • Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, Subscription reminders);
  • Send marketing communications where you’ve opted in, and personalize your experience;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations; and
  • Create aggregated or de-identified data to analyze and improve our business.

For advertising: We use the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Klaviyo to deliver and measure advertising and marketing campaigns. Under the CCPA, use of the Meta Pixel is considered “sharing” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though it does not involve a cash sale; see Section 4 for how to opt out.

3. How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information with:

  • Shopify, Inc. and Shopify Payments (e-commerce platform and payment processing);
  • Our subscription management provider (Subscription management);
  • Klaviyo (email marketing);
  • Our SMS provider (text messaging, where you’ve opted in);
  • Our referral program provider (Refer-a-Friend program administration);
  • Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics 4 (advertising and analytics);
  • USPS and other shipping carriers (order shipping).

These providers may only use your information to provide services to us, consistent with this Privacy Policy.

For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety: We may disclose personal information to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.

Business transfers: We may disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our business.

4. Your Choices

  • Opt out of marketing emails: Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting hi@ronini.com. You’ll continue to receive transactional emails about your orders and Subscription.
  • Opt out of SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time.
  • Cookies: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information: You can opt out of our sharing of your personal information for interest-based advertising (including via the Meta Pixel) by emailing hi@ronini.com . We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request.
  • Access or update your information: You can review and update your account details by logging into your account, or by emailing hi@ronini.com.

5. Other Sites and Services

The Site may link to third-party sites we don’t control, including social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

6. Security Practices

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Site is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years old, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Separately, you must be at least 18 years old to place an order, since placing an order requires the legal capacity to enter into a contract (see Section 5 of our Terms of Service). If we learn we’ve collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we’ll delete it. Contact hi@ronini.com with any concerns.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law:

Data Type Retention Period
Orders and transaction records 7 years (tax and accounting)
Account data While your account is active, plus 2 years after your last order
Marketing list Until 30 days after you unsubscribe
Quiz answers Not stored (used only in your browser)
Customer support tickets 3 years
Payment card data Not stored by Ronini (tokenized by Shopify Payments)

9. International Data Transfers

We currently ship within the United States only, and our service providers are based in or process data in the United States.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you by email or another reasonable means.

11. How to Contact Us

For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, email hi@ronini.com.

Mailing address: Ronini Inc., 2460 Lemoine Ave, Suite 407 #1013, Fort Lee, NJ 07024

12. Supplemental Notice for California Residents

This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for California residents, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”). Ronini currently ships nationwide but does not yet meet the CCPA’s applicability thresholds (the revenue and data-volume thresholds set by the California Privacy Protection Agency, which are adjusted periodically).

Your rights include the right to:

  • Right to know what personal information we’ve collected, used, and disclosed about you, and why;
  • Right to delete personal information we’ve collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing a transaction or complying with a legal obligation);
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Section 4); and
  • Right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We disclose the following categories of personal information to advertising partners for a business purpose: identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (order history), and online activity data. We do not sell personal information for money. As described above, our use of the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA’s broad definitions.

To exercise your rights, email hi@ronini.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, and we’ll respond within the timeframe required by law.

13. Supplemental Notice for Washington Residents

This section addresses Washington’s My Health My Data Act (“MHMD”), which covers “consumer health data.” Ronini is designed to avoid collecting consumer health data. Our Find Your Bottle quiz asks how you feed your baby so it can suggest a nipple flow, but that answer is used only within your browser session; it is never saved to our customer database or marketing platform, and it is not sent to our analytics or advertising tags. Those tags (such as the Meta Pixel) load on the quiz page as on other pages and record only standard page activity. We do not sell consumer health data.

If you are a Washington resident, you have the right to confirm whether we process consumer health data about you, to request a list of third parties with whom we’ve shared it, to request deletion of consumer health data, and to withdraw any consent related to it. To exercise these rights, email hi@ronini.com. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing hi@ronini.com; if your appeal is unsuccessful, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.

This section explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site.

What are cookies? Cookies are small data files stored in your browser that let a website recognize your browser on return visits.

We use:

  • Essential cookies, needed for core Site functionality (like your cart);
  • Analytics cookies, via Google Analytics 4, to understand how the Site is used;
  • Marketing/advertising cookies, via the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, to measure and deliver advertising; and
  • Email-engagement tracking via Klaviyo, for customers who receive our marketing emails.

Your choices: You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and opt out of Meta’s use of your data for advertising through your Meta ad settings or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as described in Section 4 above.

For more information, see our full Privacy Policy above or email hi@ronini.com.
